Sarah Grace, Founder of Fresh Fit N Healthy, author of the inspiration memoir, Chasing Freedom, Certified Personal Trainer, University of Florida alumni and a graduate student that loves the Lord and living a healthy and fit lifestyle.

She is currently completing her masters in Sports Nutrition combined with a dietetic internship at Florida State University in order to become a Registered Dietitian.

Even with a busy lifestyle, Sarah Grace never fails to keep her health and fitness in mind. After first creating an Instagram account for fun in 2013, @FreshFitNHealthy, she was soon inspired to create this healthy food and fitness website of her own, Fresh Fit N Healthy, after resigning from being a D1 student-athlete for University of Florida’s Cross Country and Track Team.

Sarah Grace has since authored the inspirational memoir on her story, Chasing Freedom (click here to read more about!), co-authored a healthy recipe e-book series, Healthy Eats, privately works with clients in creating unique and effective fitness plans, and aspires to continue her work through this website as she becomes a registered dietitian.

Her focus and main goal of Fresh Fit N Healthy is to share her passion of creating healthy dishes and recipes, along with workouts and nutritional advice, to motivate others in living out a healthy, whole, and active lifestyle.

Elena Terziyska is a life, nutrition and body-positive coach who has dealt with a 14yrs battle of binge eating and body image issues. After discovering the root cause of her problems she finally broke free from the viscous cycle. In her journey she actually found her passion in life and realised how many other women also suffer in silence and are constantly fighting the battle of feeling the need to be accepted and to constantly rebel against that. Weight training and nourishing food (and good coffee!) lover, you’d find her passionately helping women reclaim their strength and love towards themselves through the power of good nutrition, exercise and healthy mindset.
