Rachel spent over a decade struggling with her own far from positive body image & her dysfunctional eating, desperately wanting to stop binge eating and emotional eating.

When she used to have her love-hate relationship with food and my body, one minute she would be eating something really delicious and the next her inner diet gremlin would be saying things like, why did you eat that, I thought you were trying to lose weight? What’s wrong with you??’

When she felt so bad and guilty she would always, without fail, put herself (the beginning of the following week of course!) back on a diet in the hope of feeling more in control, better about her body and drop those 10lbs she was so obsessed with.

Yet the inevitable ALWAYS happened.

She would feel so deprived, restricted & unsatisfied with the low-fat, fat-free, carb-free, sugar free diets that often within days her cravings would get the better of her and she would find herself practically inhaling the contents of her kitchen and the corner shop…..

14 years of feeling sick and tired of the diet/binge/guilt cycle and stuck in a life she didn’t LOVE and in a body she HATED.

Fast forward to now, she escaped the self-hatred, restrictive and reckless eating and calorie counting.

She's SO passionate about helping women break their cycle of yo-yo dieting, disliking their bodies and stepping off the crushing self hating and diet treadmill.

Over the years she has helped hundreds of women change their emotional relationship with food and their negative relationship with their own bodies. She has helped women feel proud and sexy with who they are, end their binge eating forever, take control of how and what they eat and helped them see that being preoccupied with their weight is counter productive.

About your host:

Elena Terziyska is a life, nutrition and body-positive coach who has dealt with a 14yrs battle of binge eating and body image issues. After discovering the root cause of her problems she finally broke free from the viscous cycle. In her journey she actually found her passion in life and realised how many other women also suffer in silence and are constantly fighting the battle of feeling the need to be accepted and to constantly rebel against that. Weight training and nourishing food (and good coffee!) lover, you’d find her passionately helping women reclaim their strength and love towards themselves through the power of good nutrition, exercise and healthy mindset.
