Kim Knight is an award-winning health coach based in Auckland, New Zealand, operating worldwide via remote health tele-consultations and online trainings. She is known as a trendsetter, pioneer and thought leader in the new paradigm of health currently emerging on the planet.

After a 20 year journey back to health from chronic illness, which left her bed-bound, house-bound and unable to work for 10 years, during which time she lost her house, car and most of her possessions, Kim set up clinic in 2006 to help chronically ill clients who have often been told there is no hope or solution to their symptoms or illness.

Since 2009 she has helped chronically ill clients recover from so-called ‘incurable’ diseases such as ME, chronic fatigue syndrome and fibromyalgia, working with clients in Asia, Europe, Middle East, America and Australasia.

Her speciality lies in the field of energy psychology and psycho-neuro-immunology and understanding the meta (‘beyond’) physical causes of physical illness.

One of her main focuses is on how childhood abuse and trauma in the first 7 years can result in debilitating symptoms of pain and fatigue later in life.

Kim is trained in a number of newly emerging methodologies which focus on identifying and clearing the root cause stressors which lead to dis-ease, and she has since developed her own signature therapy the ‘Knight Method of Transformation’.

She is known as the ‘Kiwi Health Detective’ for her ability to isolate the root cause of illness in just 90 minutes and was a finalist for New Zealand Woman of the Year in 2011 for her cutting-edge approach to health.

Elena Terziyska is a life, nutrition and body-positive coach who has dealt with a 14yrs battle of binge eating and body image issues. After discovering the root cause of her problems she finally broke free from the viscous cycle. In her journey she actually found her passion in life and realised how many other women also suffer in silence and are constantly fighting the battle of feeling the need to be accepted and to constantly rebel against that. Weight training and nourishing food (and good coffee!) lover, you’d find her passionately helping women reclaim their strength and love towards themselves through the power of good nutrition, exercise and healthy mindset.
