Karen has a bachelor degree from the University of Western Australia, studied holistic nutrition at the Institute of Integrative Nutrition and although currently based in Perth Australia, she has travelled extensively and in the past lived in North America and Asia. Through skype and her online programs Karen has coached clients all over the world and offers customized packages that you can be a part of from the comfort of your own home.

She was lucky that she grew up eating healthy foods, was into sports and had a family that supported a healthy lifestyle.

But then she hit those first years of University where she forgot everything she already knew about eating healthy and started trying every new fad diet out there to lose weight.

Until she got real about changing her focus.

She let go of the idea that the scales were her only measure of what is healthy and focused on nourishing her body with foods that made her not only feel great, but feel energized!

She studied everything she could get her hands on in regards to nutrition and lifestyle strategies that could help her start feeling energized and alive.

And she lost weight as a welcome side effect.

She started to become the go to person for her family and friends as she helped them decipher body issues, answered questions about different foods and recipes and helped them in their own journeys to health. So she finally decided to make her passion a career and went back to formally study at the Institute of Integrative Nutrition.

Elena Terziyska is a life, nutrition and body-positive coach who has dealt with a 14yrs battle of binge eating and body image issues. After discovering the root cause of her problems she finally broke free from the viscous cycle. In her journey she actually found her passion in life and realised how many other women also suffer in silence and are constantly fighting the battle of feeling the need to be accepted and to constantly rebel against that. Weight training and nourishing food (and good coffee!) lover, you’d find her passionately helping women reclaim their strength and love towards themselves through the power of good nutrition, exercise and healthy mindset.
