Jenn Pike has been on her own personal health journey and mission for 21 years now and has spent the last 19 researching, studying and certifying herself as an expert in the area of holistic nutrition, health, exercise and mind-body well-being.

In school she studied and graduated with honors in Human Anatomy and Physiology with such a passion that it propelled her to continue her education over many years. She went onto become a Registered Holistic Nutritionist, Medical Exercise Specialist, Registered Yoga Instructor and Faculty of the Toronto Yoga Conference, Pre & Post Natal Yoga Expert, STOTT Pilates trained instructor, Twist Sport Conditioning Coach, Spin Instructor Crossfit Level 1 Coaching and more certifications than she can even remember or count.

She has since gone on to become a Best-Selling Author of her book The Simplicity Project , creator of two DVD’s and host to two television shows “Living Simpliciously” and Simplicity Fusion Flow and the newest addition to the Simplicity Family – Simplicity TV on You Tube

She is also a guest Holistic Expert for Breakfast Television, Global, CHCH, Rogers Tv and writes columns for STRONG Fitness Magazine, iRun magazine, Savvy Mom and contributes to Inside Fitness Magazine, The Toronto Star and Sun. She is also a proud educator and ambassador to Genuine Health, Juice Matters, Juice Plus and Pascoe.

She has made it her life’s mission, passion and greatest joy learning about the human body and more specifically a woman’s body and have connected herself with some of the best in the business so that she can work with woman like you and help you feel AMAZING!

Elena Terziyska is a life, nutrition and body-positive coach who has dealt with a 14yrs battle of binge eating and body image issues. After discovering the root cause of her problems she finally broke free from the viscous cycle. In her journey she actually found her passion in life and realised how many other women also suffer in silence and are constantly fighting the battle of feeling the need to be accepted and to constantly rebel against that. Weight training and nourishing food (and good coffee!) lover, you’d find her passionately helping women reclaim their strength and love towards themselves through the power of good nutrition, exercise and healthy mindset.
