Halloween Chocolate Sweets

Today my older boy Nase is turning 10!!! Double numbers! How awesome is that?

We had the best day ever with cinema (went to watch the Trolls, which btw is really sweet movie), had lots of popcorns, chocolate rice cakes, long walks in the sunshine (it was a wonderful autumn day here in London), followed by a fab bowling party, trick or treat walkabout and a cozy family dinner with Nase's favourite lasagne.

So for those of you who really don't like the sugar rush that's inevitable with Halloween, I've got some really amazing chocolate recipe treat for you. I actually prepare this couple of times a week and keep them in the freezer. They're delicious homemade treat.

Ingredients:

Coconut oil

Almond butter (I had one at home with coconut flavour)

Protein powder (optional)

Cocoa powder

Mixed seeds

Shredded coconut

Method:

Melt the coconut oil and simply add everything else in whatever quantity you require. I hardly ever measure tbh. Mix everything up nicely and pour into ice cubes. Keep in the freezer and try not to eat them all at once. I like the added protein powder so the quantity of protein is a little higher but you don't have to if you don't want to.

Enjoy!

All my love
